2. FORECAST (22 FEBRUARY - 28 FEBRUARY)
Solar: Moderate declining to low-moderate

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet with active intervals expected.

Frequencies:  slightly depressed on 23-Feb,  otherwise MUFs
near normal. SWFs probable early in week.
