Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet to Unsettled with active intervals 
              08-09 Sep.

Frequencies:  mildy depressed after local dawn on 09-Sep mid to high 
latitudes,  otherwise MUFs near to 15% above normal. SWFs probable.
