on 12 Oct.

     Near predicted monthly values during local day,
     Enhanced by 25% during local night.
     Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.

     Depressed by 20% after local dawn.

2. FORECAST (19 OCTOBER - 25 OCTOBER)
Solar: Moderate

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet then active to minor storm periods from
              22 October.

Frequencies:  depressed 15-30% on 23-24Oct,  otherwise MUFs
              near normal. SWFs probable.
