Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Unsettled 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 15% over the UT day.
      Spread F observed.


03 Dec

Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Unsettled 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      becoming depressed 15-20% after local dawn at
      some sites.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      15% depressed to near predicted monthly values,
      Occasional absorption observed.


04 Dec

Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed 15-20% at Norfolk Island and Christchurch.
      Mostly near predicted monthly values at other sites,
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
      Spread F and occassional absorption observed.


05 Dec

2. FORECAST (08 DECEMBER - 14 DECEMBER)
Solar: Low to moderate.

Geomagnetic: 
            8-10 Dec: Unsettled with chance of active and possible
                      minor storm periods.
           11-14 Dec: Mostly quiet to unsettled.

Frequencies:  
             8-10 Dec: Possibly degraded up to 15% at times.
            11-14 Dec: Mostly near predicted monthly values.
