3. OUTLOOK (05 AUGUST - 04 SEPTEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
7 Aug
Due to continued low levels of ionising radiation and no significantly active
region expected to return, 
minor to mild degradations in HF conditions are possible throughout this period.
Relatively stronger degradation
are possible on 7 August.
