MUFS: MUFs are expected to be 10-30% below the monthly predicted values.

IPS HF Communications Warning 32 was issued on 10 August and 
is current for 10-12 Aug.

3. OUTLOOK (19 AUGUST - 18 SEPTEMBER)
Low levels of solar ionizing radiation will likely result in lower
than predicted MUFs. Degraded HF propagation conditions possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short 
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
