Propagation conditions: Normal. SWFs probable whilst AR1990 on the solar disc
unless it decays significantly.

IPS SWF HF Communications Warning 15 was issued on 25 February 
and is current for 26-28 Feb.

3. OUTLOOK (05 MARCH - 04 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible but significant long periods not
expected.
