MUFS: MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values. Some  diurnal MUF 
variability likely especially Equatorial/N Aus regions. 

Propagation conditions: Normal. SWFs probable early in week.

3. OUTLOOK (27 FEBRUARY - 29 MARCH)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
No significant degraded periods expected.
