      Eastern Australia region mostly depressed to 25% improving after
      local dawn. Western Australia region near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere possibly due to absorption. Depressed mostly
      15-30%.

MUFS: Near predicted monthly values. Possible depressions to 25% 5-6 March.
Propagation conditions: Normal to fair. No SWFs.

3. OUTLOOK (07 MARCH - 06 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: 18-19 March and 1-2 April,
otherwise no signficant degraded periods expected.
