2. FORECAST (10 NOVEMBER - 16 NOVEMBER) 
MUFS: MUFs near predicted monthly values with occasional
depressions to 30% at all latitudes. Depressions to 30%
likely latter half of 13 to 15 Nov.
Propagation conditions: Fair to normal. Chance of SWFs
T index:  20

3. OUTLOOK (17 NOVEMBER - 17 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: 19 to 24 Nov.,
 11 to 12 Dec. and 16 to 17 Dec.
