   Cocos Island Region:
      Mostly 15-30% depressed.
   Niue Island Region:
      Mostly 15-30% depressed.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% depressed. Night
      spread F observed.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values; occasional
      depressions to 30%. Night spread F observed.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% depressed.

Predicted Monthly T index for July:  27

2. FORECAST (14 JULY - 20 JULY) 
MUFS: No recurrent solar activity likely to affect MUFs. If
  background solar flux levels remain low, expect MUFs near
  predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.
Propagation conditions: Fair to normal. No SWFs
T index:  10

3. OUTLOOK (21 JULY - 20 AUGUST)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
23 to 24 July, 28 to 31 July, 19 August.
