      times 08-16 UT Brisbane, Canberra and Hobart. Night
      spread F observed at most stations.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30%
      06-11, 16-17 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with occasional
      enhancements to 20%. Depressions to 30% 01-02, 11-14
      UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25%
      03-08, 13, 14, 17 and 21 UT at Darwin. 
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% enhanced.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressions to 20% 00-09 UT then near predicted
      monthly values to 25% enhanced.

MUFS: MUFs near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.
Propagation conditions: Normal. No SWFs

3. OUTLOOK (01 SEPTEMBER - 01 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: No signficant
  degraded periods expected.
