      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Almost random periods of depressions, degradations and
      enhancements observed. 

Predicted Monthly T index for September:   2
2. FORECAST (03 SEPTEMBER - 09 SEPTEMBER) 
MUFS: MUFs near predicted monthly values for most parts of this
period with the possibility of minor to mild depressions on 05 September.
Propagation conditions: Mostly normal, periods of minor to mild degradations
possible on 05 September. No SWFs

3. OUTLOOK (10 SEPTEMBER - 10 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
14 September and 02 October.
