      depressions to 25%. Some night spread F and sporadic E
      observed at Vanimo.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E observed
      observed mostly 00-08 and 20-23 UT. Sporadic E
      observed 11-17 UT at Macquarie Island.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

Predicted Monthly T index for January:  12

2. FORECAST (09 JANUARY - 15 JANUARY) 
MUFS: Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30% likely on
14 and 15 January.
Propagation conditions: Fair to normal. Summertime sporadic E is likely
to form and may affect longer range HF sky wave communications. No SWFs.

3. OUTLOOK (16 JANUARY - 15 FEBRUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
16 January, 1-2 and 9 February.
