2. FORECAST (26 SEPTEMBER - 02 OCTOBER) 
MUFS: Depressed MUF periods expected for all regions
between 26Sep-30Sep, otherwise near predicted monthly
values.

Propagation conditions: Expect mostly Normal, but with
possible disturbances due to coronal hole effects. 
No SWFs.

3. OUTLOOK (03 OCTOBER - 02 NOVEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
03-Oct,26-Oct to 27-Oct.
