MUFS: Depressed MUFs ranging between 10%-30%, 
with otherwise near predicted monthly values.
Propagation conditions: Fair to Normal. No SWFs

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 36 was issued on
28 November and is current for interval  28-30 November. 
3. OUTLOOK (05 DECEMBER - 04 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
17-Dec to 19-Dec.
