      monthly values during local night. Extensive spread
      F observed.

      Enhanced by 30% during local night.

      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.

      to 40% observed at times, mostly around 12-16 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 25%
      around noon.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.

2. FORECAST (16 MAY - 22 MAY) 
MUFS: Mostly near predicted monthly values. Spread F may continue
to form during night hours and degrade communications at those
times. Low latitudes may experience some depressions.
Propagation conditions: Normal to fair. 
No SWFs expected.

3. OUTLOOK (23 MAY - 22 JUNE)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
25 to 27 May, 21 Jun.
