   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

      Niue showed an unusual daytime depression 01-05 UT.

      observed at Darwin 13-16 UT. Spread F observed at
      Darwin 14-17 UT.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with 25% depressions
      02-06 UT observed at Brisbane and Norfolk Island.
      Spread F observed at Hobart 10-20 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values. Spread F observed much
      of the night.

Predicted Monthly T index for March:  10
2. FORECAST (21 MARCH - 27 MARCH) 
MUFS: MUFs near predicted monthly values. Depressions likely on
25 and 26 March.
Propagation conditions: Normal to fair. No SWFs. Spread F may
degrade communications, particularly at night at low and higher
latitudes.
T index: 5 (lower on 25/26 March)
3. OUTLOOK (28 MARCH - 27 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
08 Apr, 21-22 Apr.
