MUFS: depressions to 20% likely at low latitudes
MUFs near predicted monthly values at mid and high latitudes
although depressions at all latitudes possible with increasing
geomagnetic activity over the next week.
Propagation conditions: Fair 27-Oct Fair 28-Oct , otherwise normal. No SWFs

3. OUTLOOK (01 NOVEMBER - 01 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
09-Nov,11-Nov,17-Nov,24-Nov.
