AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST
1. SUMMARY (22 NOVEMBER - 28 NOVEMBER)

   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
     Depressed up to 30% 05-15 UT PNG area. Enhanced up to
     50% 00-12 UT at Niue. Near predicted monthly values
     at other times.
  Northern Australian Region:
     Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed
     through the 24 hours.
  Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
     Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to
     25% observed at Mundaring mainly during the night.
  Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
     Near predicted monthly values.

25 Nov   -2      Normal            
MUFS:
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
     Near predicted monthly values. Spread F observed at
     PNG stations 14-20 UT.
  Northern Australian Region:
     Near predicted monthly values.
  Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
     Depressed up to 30% occasionally at most stations.
     Hobart and Christchurch MUFs depressed to 35% 00-17UT.
  Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
     Near predicted monthly values.

26 Nov  -15      Fair              
MUFS:
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values at Vanimo and Port
      Moresby with depressions to 30% around 05-16 UT.
      Enhanced at Niue by 15-40%.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      about 20% early in the UT day and between 13-19 UT at
      Darwin.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 20%
      around 01-08 UT and 18-23 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

27 Nov  -12      Fair              
MUFS:
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted to 20% depressed between 05 and 16 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Blanketing sporadic E
      at Townsville 05-09 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted to 30% depressed from 00-09 UT and
      14-18 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

28 Nov  -14      Fair-normal       
MUFS:
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Depressed to 25% 05-14 UT. Near predicted monthly
      values otherwise.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed to 25% around 00-08 UT. Near predicted
      monthly values at other times.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

2. FORECAST (29 NOVEMBER - 05 DECEMBER) 
MUFS: Mostly near predicted monthly values. Occasional
      depressions to 20% possible at mid and low
      latitudes 29 and 30 November.
Propagation conditions: Fair to normal. No SWFs

3. OUTLOOK (06 DECEMBER - 05 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
07-Dec to 10-Dec, 15-Dec to 16-Dec,  20-Dec to 25-Dec,
03-Jan to 05-Jan.
