Propagation conditions: Variable at low latitudes. Normal at
mid to high latitudes. No SWFs

3. OUTLOOK (01 FEBRUARY - 03 MARCH)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
Low latitude MUFs may be depressed 20-30% at times, 
especially local night.
