2. FORECAST (16 MARCH - 22 MARCH) 
MUFS: Near predicted monthly values on 16 and 17 March, slightly
	enhanced thereafter. 
Propagation conditions: Minor to mild degradations possible on 16 
	and 17 March, otherwise conditions mostly normal. No SWFs
T index:   45
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 14 was issued on 15 March 
	and is current for interval  16 March only. 
3. OUTLOOK (23 MARCH - 22 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
24 to 25 March, 02 to 05 April, 13 to 14 April, 20 to 21 April.
