2. FORECAST (13 APRIL - 19 APRIL) 
MUFS: depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 14-Apr,  
      otherwise MUFs near normal. 
Propagation conditions: Fair late 13-14 Apr , otherwise normal. No SWFs
T index:   20 on 14 Apr, 55 other days.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 18 was issued on 10 April and is 
current for interval  12-13 April. Coronal hole wind stream induced
activity expected. MUFs were not depressed on 12 April.

3. OUTLOOK (19 APRIL - 19 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
29-Apr to 02-May,10-May.
