Predicted Monthly T index for January:  56
2. FORECAST (07 JANUARY - 13 JANUARY) 
MUFS: depressed 05 to 15% on 07-Jan, depressed 05 to 10% on 08-Jan,
depressed 05% from 09 to 11-Jan, otherwise MUFs near normal. 
SWFs possible.  
Propagation conditions: Fair on 07 and 08-Jan, Normal- Fair from 
09 to 11 January, otherwise normal.
T index:   45
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 2 was issued on 5 January 
and is current for interval  6-7 January. 
3. OUTLOOK (14 JANUARY - 13 FEBRUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
16 to 18 January, 24 January, 28 January to 07 February.
