2. FORECAST (15 DECEMBER - 21 DECEMBER) 
MUFS: Possibility of 5 to 10% depressions in MUFs on 16,17 and 18 Dec,  
	otherwise MUFs near normal. 
Propagation conditions: Normal to Fair 17 and 18 Dec , otherwise normal. 
	No SWFs.
T index:   50

3. OUTLOOK (22 DECEMBER - 21 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: 
22 to 28 December, 02 to 04 January, 13 to 14 January, 18 to 21 January.
