at mid to high latitudes, otherwise normal. SWFs possible.

3. OUTLOOK (08 DECEMBER - 07 JANUARY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
08-Dec to 09-Dec, 22-Dec to 26-Dec, 31-Dec to 05-Jan.
