	minor to mild depressions possible on  29 and 30 September, 
	otherwise MUFs near normal. 
Propagation conditions: Minor degradations possible on 24, 25 
	September, minor to mild degradations possible on 29 and 
	30 September, otherwise normal. SWF possible early in the week.

3. OUTLOOK (01 OCTOBER - 31 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
01, 02 Oct, 06 to 08 Oct, 13 to 23 Oct, 26 to 29 Oct.
