COMMENT: Lower than normal MUFs observed 16-18 Mar associated with
coronal hole induced geomagnetic activity.

2. FORECAST (19 MARCH - 25 MARCH) 
MUFS: depressed 15 to 20% on 19-20Mar, then recovering to near predicted monthly values.
Propagation conditions: Fair 19-20Mar , then improving.
T index:   70 for 19-20 Mar
T index:   95 for 21-25 Mar
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 22 was issued on 18 March and is current for interval  19-20 March. 
3. OUTLOOK (26 MARCH - 25 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
26-28Mar,02-Apr,10-13Apr,16-Apr,21-22Apr
