MUFS: Near predicted monthly values. No SWFs.
Propagation conditions: Normal. An active solar region (number 314) is
due back to the solar disk 04 Apr. SWF activity may increase after 
this date.

3. OUTLOOK (09 APRIL - 09 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
10-Apr to 14-Apr,16-Apr to 17-Apr,21-Apr to 29-Apr,06-May to 08-May.
