Predicted Monthly T index for November:  91
2. FORECAST (27 NOVEMBER - 03 DECEMBER) 
MUFS: depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 27-28 Nov, 
and 01-03 Dec, otherwise MUFs near normal. SWFs probable early in week.
Propagation conditions: Fair 27-28Nov Fair-Poor 01-03Dec otherwise normal. 
T index:  80
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 74 was issued on 26 November 
and is current for interval  26-27 November. 
3. OUTLOOK (04 DECEMBER - 03 JANUARY)
