COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 19 was issued on 7 May and is 
current for interval  9-10 May. Moderate disturbance expected due
to M1/CME at 0346UT on 07 May. Shock from CME expected second
half of UT day 09 May.
3. OUTLOOK (15 MAY - 14 JUNE)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
15-May to 17-May,25-May,10-Jun to 13-Jun.
