      Mostly near predicted monthly values.

      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:

      Depressed approximately 15% at times since local
      dawn, otherwise mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values to depressed 20%.

MUFS: Depressed 10-20% at times for 6-7 Feb, otherwise mostly near normal.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 4 was issued on 6 February and is
current for interval  6-7 February.

Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: 5-9 March.
