COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 30 was issued on 8 May and 
is current for interval  9-10 May. 
3. OUTLOOK (16 MAY - 15 JUNE)
Mild Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
24-May to 25-May, 04-Jun to 06-Jun,08-Jun to 09-Jun.
