2. FORECAST (14 FEBRUARY - 20 FEBRUARY) 
MUFS: lower than normal MUFs expected 14-15 Feb after local dawn
mid to high latitudes, then mostly near normal
Propagation conditions: Fair 14-15 Feb particularly local night hours, 
then improving to normal. SWFs possible.
T index:  110
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 5 was issued on 13 February 
and is current for interval  14-15 February. 
3. OUTLOOK (21 FEBRUARY - 23 MARCH)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
16-Mar,19-Mar.
