MUFS: Possibly mildy depressed on 1 NOV, mostly near normal
Propagation conditions: Mild degradations on 1 NOV, mostly near normal

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 73 was issued on 29 October
	 and is current for interval 31 October to 1 November. 
3. OUTLOOK (08 NOVEMBER - 08 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
08-13 Nov, anticipated recurrent coronal hole
17-25 Nov, anticipated recurrent coronal hole
05-10 Nov, anticipated recurrent coronal hole
