Disturbed Periods: 
No strong recurrent patterns, however mild activity may be experienced on:
  27 Feb, 03 Mar, 13-14 Mar.

Best Quiet Periods: 
  26 Feb,  28 Feb to 02 Mar, 06 Mar to 12 Mar,  15 Mar to 24 Mar.

3. FORECAST FOR HIGH RESOLUTION AEROMAGNETIC SURVEYS

Northern Australian Regions:
 Disturbed periods: No significant disturbances
 Best Quiet Periods: 26 Feb to 21 Mar

Central Australian Regions: 
 Disturbed Periods: Mild disturbance 13 Mar to 14 Mar.
 Best Quiet Periods: 26 Feb to 12 Mar, 15 Mar to 21 Mar.

Southern Australian Regions:
 Disturbed Periods: 27 Feb to 28 Feb, 13 Mar to 15 Mar. 
 Best Quiet Periods: 01 Mar to 12 Mar, 16 Mar to 21 Mar.

Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations 
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3-indices are the daily sum of 
20 minute pc3-indices for that station and have been shown to be well 
correlated with rejection of high resolution aeromagnetic survey 
flight-line data.

PLEASE NOTE:
Geomagnetic activity can frequently be determined by short timescale 
solar events that cannot be forecast a week in advance, particularly
at solar maximum.
