The period started with geomagnetic active at quiet to
active levels on 13 March due to the effect of a coronal
hole. The activity then declined and remained at quiet to
unsettled levels until 17 March. The geomagnetic activity
then further declined and remained at quiet levels for
the rest of the period.

2. FORECAST (22 MARCH - 21 APRIL)
Disturbed Periods:
Mostly unsettled with possibility of isolated active periods on
23 and 24 March, Active on 09 April.

26 March, 28 March to 01 April, 04 to 08 April, 11 April, 14 to 17 April.

3. FORECAST FOR HIGH RESOLUTION AEROMAGNETIC SURVEYS

Northern Australian Regions: NA

Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3-indices are the daily sum of
20 minute pc3-indices for that station and have been shown to be well
correlated with rejection of high resolution aeromagnetic survey
flight-line data.
