1. SUMMARY (28 DECEMBER - 05 JANUARY)

A strong (105nT) impulse was observed in the IPS magnetometer
data at 0625UT on 30 Dec, and a weak (37nT) impulse was observed
at 0710UT on 30 Dec. A weak (20nT) impukse was observed at 1050UT
on the 01 Jan. Elevated solar wind parameters from a high speed
coronal hole wind stream produced Active to Minor Storm peiods
during 28 Dec to 05 Jan. There was no magentometer data for
01Jan due to a data storage problem.
