Quiet to Unsettled levels observed 26Oct-03Nov. Expected Active
periods from anticipated CME shock arrivals did not eventuate
from the many CME's produced during this period. Lengthy
propagation times the probable cause for the weakened shock
fronts of the earth directed mass ejections.
