Severe geomagnetic storm levels were observed 27 July in 
response to a coronal mass ejection.  Conditions declined
to quiet to unsettled levels thereafter.

Disturbed Periods: 
Minor disturbance possible 8, 21-23 August.

Best Quiet Periods: 
5 - 6 August
26 August - 2 September.
