*estimated from real time data

Elevated solar wind speed parameters due to an irregular-shaped
geoeffective coronal hole were first observed overnight on 13 Mar.
Geomagnetic activity has been observed at steady, elevated levels
since 14 Mar, declining to quiet to unsettled levels on 19 Mar.
Activity may increase again briefly after 19 Mar due to the extent
and shape of the coronal hole.

2. FORECAST (20 MARCH - 19 APRIL)
Disturbed Periods:
25-26 Mar unsettled, chance active periods.
09-15 Apr unsettled to active, chance minor storm.

Best Quiet Periods:
29 Mar - 07 Apr.

PLEASE NOTE:
At this time of the solar cycle, space weather conditions
are frequently determined by short timescale events, not
able to be forecasted a week in advance.
