Mostly quiet to unsettled with isolated active geomagnetic 
conditions were observed this week. IPS Geomagnetic Warning 5
was issued for the period 4-6 Feb due to anticipated coronal 
hole induced effects. Active conditions were confined mainly
to higher latitudes.

2. FORECAST (13 FEBRUARY - 15 MARCH)
Disturbed Periods: 
15-19 Feb. Active periods. Chance minor storm 15-16 Feb, 19 Feb.
21-22 Feb. 01-03 Mar. Isolated active periods possible.
13-15 Mar. Chance minor storm.

Best Quiet Periods: 
24-28 Feb.
06-11 Mar.
