1. SUMMARY (12 AUGUST - 20 AUGUST)
K indices are in UT (0-24). For conversion to local time:

This week started with 'Quiet to Active' periods due to a 
coronal hole effect, which gradually declined to 'Quiet to 
Unsettled' periods by 16 August. Effect of a CME raised 
the geomagnetic activity to 'Quiet to Active' levels on 
17 August. IMF turned southwards on 18 August and a severe 
geomagnetic storm was observed. The geomagnetic activity 
declined to 'Quiet to Active' level on 19 August and to 'Quiet
to Unsettled' level on 20 August. 

2. FORECAST (21 AUGUST - 20 SEPTEMBER)
Disturbed Periods: 22-30 Aug., 3-11 Sept., 13, 15 Sept., 17-20 Sept.

Best Quiet Periods: 1, 12 Sept.
