Coronal hole induced geomagnetic activity
observed first half of week. Also, solar
region 424 in the solar south-east quadrant
may become flare active if recent
region development rates continue.

2. FORECAST (07 AUGUST - 06 SEPTEMBER)
Disturbed Periods:
07-08 Aug: Active to minor storm periods expected due to
coronal hole.
11-16 Aug: Unsettled to Active periods expected due to coronal
hole. Chance isolated minor storm periods.
22-23 Aug: Active periods expected (coronal hole)
25-28 Aug: Active periods expected (coronal hole)

PLEASE NOTE:
At this time of the solar cycle, space weather conditions
are frequently determined by short timescale events, not
able to be forecasted a week in advance.
