*estimated from real time data

The geomagnetic activity rose from 'unsettled to major storm'
level during the first three days of the period due to solar
wind stream from a coronal hole. During the next 3 days the
activity declined to 'quiet to unsettled' levels. The
geomagnetic activity again rose to 'active' level towards
the end of the period due to a CME observed on 24 November.
An increase in the geomagnetic activity may be expected from
30 November to 3 December as a coronal hole is expected to
take geo-effective position around this time.

2. FORECAST (28 NOVEMBER - 28 DECEMBER)
Disturbed Periods: 30 Nov to 03 Dec, 07 to 10 Dec, 12 Dec,
                   15 Dec, 17 to 22 Dec, 24 Dec.

Best Quiet Periods: 05 to 06 Dec, 11 Dec, 13 to 14 Dec, 23 Dec.

PEASE NOTE:
At this time of the solar cycle, space weather conditions
are frequently determined by short timescale events, not
able to be forecasted a week in advance.
