of March were due to the combined effect of a CME and Coronal hole.

Disturbed Periods:  12 Mar - 14 Mar, unsettled to active
		    30 Mar - 2 April, unsettled to active

Best Quiet Periods: Mostly quiet to unsettled with a chance
		    of active periods expected for the whole
		    forecast period.
