On UT day 29-Jan solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0
geomagnetic condtions are expected with a small chance for G1. HF
radio communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values. There is
a chance for an S1 solar radiation storm.
