Solar activity on UT day 25-Jan is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G2-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected in the second half of the UT day.
HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly normal.
Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted values to
15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
