On UT day 19-Jan, solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance
for R1. The solar wind speeds is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be good. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be
15-40% enhanced from monthly predicted values.
