Solar activity on UT day 28-Feb is expected to be at R1, chance R2
levels. The large solar region currently on the solar disk has
remained R flare quiet in the last 48 hours and has reduced in
magnetic complexity. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to
moderate, with a declining trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be normal.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
